Who we are

We are Scarborough Group International Limited, registered office Lomond Court, Castle Business Park, Stirling, FK9 4TU, Registered Number SC319817.

We are the Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and, from 25 May 2018, we will be the Controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

D2 Interactive Limited (Company Registration No. 7116878, VAT No. 984-4271-88, Registered Office: Portsoken House, 155-157 Minories, London, EC3N 1LJ), will be the data processor for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1988 and, from 25 May 2018, will be the Processor for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/979).

Information We Collect From You

We will collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information you give us (Submitted information): This is information you give us about you by filling in forms on the website www.scarboroughgroup.com (our Site), or by corresponding with us (for example, by e-mail or chat). It includes information you provide when you subscribe to any of our Services, share data via the social media functions, enter a competition, promotion or survey, send an application for a vacancy and when you report a problem with our Site. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or restricts Scarborough Group International Limited  liability for death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud on the part of Scarborough Group International Limited.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that these terms and conditions adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, in the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This term shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.

No Waiver

In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.

If A Court Finds Part Of This Contract Illegal, The Rest Will Continue In Force

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms of Use operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

Even If We Delay In Enforcing This Contract, We Can Still Enforce It Later

Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms of Use, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

Which Laws Apply To This Contract And Where You May Bring Legal Proceedings

These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Scarborough Group International Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. Scarborough Group International Limited and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
