Espuma
Following our joint venture with the Novell Family of Barcelona in 2014, we successfully launched a chain of coffee houses and restaurants across Hong Kong and China under the Espuma brand.
The Espuma chain was created combining Novell Coffee, with sixty years of heritage and expertise in coffee making from Barcelona, with modern Asian-Western fusion cuisine.

When the first Espuma restaurant was launched in July 2014, it took the market by storm and set a new trend in Hong Kong. It’s well loved by the younger population in Hong Kong. Our specially painted wall is a pioneer, bringing contemporary arts into our venue, which became an icon for photo-loving foodies. Espuma is also a favourite for celebrities including Miss Hong Kong and our venues have been used as scenes for popular TV series.

In the second month of launching we reached the fifth in the Top 10 Overall on Openrice, taking many veterans by surprise. Over the years, we reached the top spot many times and stayed consistently among the top 10 on the chart and won numerous awards, including Openrice Best Restaurant Award, Restaurant & Bar’s Interior Design Award, U Magazine’s My Favourite Restaurant Award.
Espuma currently operates three shops located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Central and Wanchai, all prime areas of Hong Kong.
