Scarborough Group International (SGI) is on the move.
 

It has switched its headquarters to the impressive Podium Building in Euston, London, where subsidiary company Forsyth Business Centres operates one of its premium serviced offices.

SGI has taken the space within the Eversholt Street centre signalling its strength as a thriving international property company despite a market downturn.

Director Simon McCabe said: “Scarborough Group International is undergoing an organic expansion programme with new properties being added to the company portfolio and it makes perfect sense to take new headquarters in Euston, particularly to take advantage of the superb transport links affording access to both the UK and Europe.

“While many property companies are currently finding the market difficult, and there are plenty of stories about downsizing and uncertainty, Scarborough Group is in a buoyant position.

“As well as in the UK, the group is working to capitalise on existing and new property links across the developing economies of the Far East and is working to raise its international profile as part of a considered and ongoing programme of development.”
